• MEASURE THE MAT SIDES ANGLES

The mat is the cardboard border which goes around a picture inside of a frame. Using a mat will make the picture and frame look more finished. We keep the frame corners exact at 90' Degrees as shown in the below picture

• CUT THE WOOD SIDES EQUALLY

Sides are what keeps the frames stable over the years, In our wooden frames we only use strong teak wood. We cut the sides precisely with no more then 0.5 mm in difference. We also prefer to use XO blade for cutting to precision

• USE WOOD STAPLE FOR STRENGTH OF BODY FRAME

At BLUE OCEAN ECOM LLC, we use Heavy Duty Wood Stapler to give the frame stability it needs, although the sides are glued later by our crafts man, but woods staple is the first step in keeping the frame together, check below photo for reference
